What is ProteoSuite?

ProteoSuite is an open source software for the analysis of quantitative proteomics data which provides bench scientists to analyse their data using the most common techniques and standards. Additionally, ProteoSuite will enable submissions of complete proteomic workflows to public repositories and simple re-analysis of published data sets.

 

What kind of analyses are covered by ProteoSuite?

ProteoSuite is aimed to cover the majority of the quantitative techniques such as SILAC, spectral counting, iTRAQ and label free. Other techniques will be incorporated on demand.

 

Which are the system requirements to use ProteoSuite?

ProteoSuite is being developed in Java which allows users to run the program in any platform (See the system requirements section).
