ProteoSuite
ProteoSuite is an open source framework for the analysis of quantitative proteomics data. The aim of this software is to provide bench scientists with an application to analyse their data using the most common quantitation techniques (e.g. SILAC, iTRAQ, Label free, emPAI, etc.) and provide support for data standards. Latest Developments
| New: We have produced a beta version (0.3.0) of ProteoSuite. |
In this demo (0.3.0 beta version) we have included a graphical interface to display mass spectra data, chromatograms and raw data as 2D plots. Additionally, we have included the support for iTRAQ and emPAI (via xTracker) and the integration of the MSGFPlus search engine to perform peptide identification.
ProteoSuite is free to all individuals. Please try the software and give us your feeback.
For more information about this application please contact the ProteoSuite Team.
